Is it truth ? Realy want to minimize corruption?
1) Lets all summons start with min. panalty [RM10?], why? No body wants to pay corruption more than Rm10, cos' he can effort to pay this amount, If this is Rm300, he may try to find ways to pay as min. as possible.
2)All summons can pay in any Pos office, TNB, JBA etc other than in particular "BALAI POLIS"
3)If the offenders so stuban, do not want to pay, then within 7 days, the amount should increase to VERY HIGH, may be Rm1,000?
4)The police would't take that small amount [Rm10]
5)Offending points will be deducted each summon issue by the police
