Indeed is a giant 10th Malaysian Plan, with 230 billions to be spent for the next 5 years. However the man in the streets seems not being excited, neither they feel life be upgraded but panic if our cost of livings will be increased and income could not be match with the expenses. The government should take stern action against abuse of public funds and corruptions by various authorities on projects and allocatiion of funds. This could save huge amounts of money every year and not by waive out subsidy on consumer goods. It is penny wise pound foolish and not convey to the principal of equality and loving people good governance.
