He said Matriculasi are not open to non Bumi at the beginning of implementation, however now they have fought to reserve 10% for chinese and other races and he was just too bad not being selected in this year of intake. The question is 1 Malaysia are not selecting those with excellence performance and qualifying students, instead to fill up their quota with those poor results candidates. This is absolutely disappointed by many parents and brilliant students.
