Such a prominent chinese leader suggested a 'special' method by building school and negotiate in the process, tried to build castle in the air and asked for supports when knowing it will be a private national school !
The relevant deputy Minister is even 'smarter' to argue that his boss virtually be agreed and green lights to administer the school with media of instructions and prepare students for UEC examinations as wishes even though approval letter stated to be BM as
main language of teaching. Bearing in mind that words from political leaders no longer be trusted and subject to changes by another who take-in office in future. This was a ridiculous statement !
A legal document with clear conditions written be ensure no contradiction for generations.
Transparency and sincerity by the government for the people is vital,
