Yearly budget is important and necessary, 2014 National budget is annouced today by PM cum finance Minister, Total allocation of 264.2 billions inclusive 217.7 billions for operation expendiure and 46.5 billions for developments. It was another record for new budget !
Malaysian budget used to be paper records, Each year will still exceed the amounts allocated, Surplus expenditure for each Ministry continue to pratice, Waste and excessive amounts paid reported by AG's needs no accountablity by officers.
In short, budget means take money from people by right hand and spend the money at his discretion by left hand.
